Returns
- Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalized items, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and gift cards.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at contact@wossal.com or call (231) 271-0645 with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance for items of significant value.

Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund after the processing time, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@wossal.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at contact@wossal.com to arrange the exchange.
